With more than 19 years in real estate, Lachezar oversees the management of over 250,000 sq.m. of corporate assets. Since joining Landmark in 2007, he has worked with leading international and Bulgarian companies, including Allianz Bank, Postbank, Deutsche Bank, Uniqa, Nova Television, Servier Bulgaria, and others.

With 22 years of financial experience, Irena is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across all managed assets. She ensures transparency, efficiency, and sound financial governance within the company.

Attorney-At-Law
With 22 years of legal experience in real estate, commercial law, and insolvency, Petya provides legal and strategic support across all aspects of property and project management. Her work ensures compliance and legal security for Landmark and its clients.
IVO CHOLAKOV
Operations Manager
Ivo is responsible for the planning and supervision of business processes in the company. He joined Landmark in 2007 and has expertise in the operational management and maintenance of buildings and facilities in all areas of the real estate sector. Currently, he is also directly responsible for the company's external clients, among which are: the entire portfolio of IWG plc in Bulgaria, Artstroy Investment EOOD, CTPark Sofia EOOD, ETEM BG EOOD, ETEM Gestamp Aluminum Extrusions AD, etc.
DANIELA PENCHEVA
Facility Manager
With 19 years of professional experience and a Master’s degree in Facility Management, Daniela leads the company’s facility division, overseeing preventive maintenance, planning, budgeting, and quality control across all managed sites.
NATALIE MARINSKA
Facility Manager
Natalie joined Landmark in 2019 to lead the FM team in Varna. Currently, she is directly responsible for managing the group's own properties, overseeing technical maintenance, and handling subscription cleaning contracts for various clients, including Cargill Bulgaria, Allianz Bank, Zodiac Maritime Agencies, and others.
ROSITSA PANTALEEVA
Project Manager
A Civil Engineer with 22 years of experience, Rositsa manages construction, renovation, and office fit-out projects. Her portfolio includes completed works for Dronamics, Servier Bulgaria, Regus Bulgaria, and several high-profile clients.
KALIN VALYOVSKI
Project Manager
Kalin Valyovski is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in construction, telecommunications, and real estate. He is highly skilled in project management, budgeting, and supervision. Currently, Kalin leads a team focused on the design, construction, and maintenance of electrical installations. His extensive experience includes roles such as Technical Director at VAiOS and Project Manager at Iztok Plaza Invest, Acibadem Healthcare Group, Cordeel Bulgaria Inc., and Glavbolgarstroy Holding. Throughout his career, Kalin has demonstrated exceptional leadership, successfully managing projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Project Manager
HVAC Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the design, installation and servicing of HVAC installations. Responsible for the installation process to ensure compliance with contract documents. Maintains and keeps up-to-date project documentation. Performs preventive maintenance inspections/repairs as per building and HVAC systems requirements.
