POLICY FOR QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, AND HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK
The primary goal of "Landmark Property Management" AD is to build excellent relationships with our clients, based on mutual trust and on precision and quality of our service delivery. The main elements of our policy for quality, environment, and health and safety at work are:
VISION
A comprehensive strategy for resource management with clearly defined current and desired states. The client articulates their vision, and it becomes our goal. We understand how crucial it is for clients to focus on their core activities.
FLEXIBILITY
A model for flexible relationship management that is viable and adaptable to the changing business environment.
TRUST AND CONFIDENCE
Our team knows that the primary task of the property manager is to make competent decisions that implement the most economical and effective methods of applying best practices.
TEAMWORK
The highest productivity is achieved in a strong and cohesive environment. The results of efficient and effective teamwork exceed the sum of individual achievements.
COST EVALUATION
Our experience encompasses property management, restructuring solutions, and financial systems for monitoring cost efficiency for each service.
QUALITY OF SERVECES OFFERED
For accountability purposes, we apply Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which are determined according to pre-developed procedures and the service level parameters set in contracts (SLAs) with individual subcontractors.
GREEN POLICY
An important aspect of the company’s management is the sustainable preservation of all environmental components, the development, and adherence to a corporate Green Policy.
To implement its quality, environment, and health and safety management policy, the management directs its efforts in the following areas:

Improving and implementing processes and activities in accordance with the requirements of clients and stakeholders;

Continuously improving environmental protection by investing in technologies that create accurate, secure, convenient, and environmentally friendly conditions in the management and maintenance of properties, effective actions to prevent and reduce air and water pollution, and waste management;

Economical consumption of natural resources – electricity and water;

Providing necessary training and enhancing personal responsibility for environmental protection;

Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and voluntary requirements regarding quality, environment, and health and safety at work;

Maintaining and creating the necessary conditions and resources to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards;

Improving environmental performance and health and safety at work;

Providing healthy and safe working conditions, maintaining a low risk to the health and life of employees, and preventing injuries and illnesses, including by eliminating hazards;

Encouraging the exchange of information with workers regarding health and safety, including informing (reporting) on incidents, hazards, risks, and opportunities, and protecting against any form of punishment and sanctions in this regard;

Implementing and operating transparent mechanisms and promoting consultation and participation of staff at all levels in the company regarding the health and safety management system;

Disseminating this policy at all levels in the company and ensuring its accessibility to interested parties;

Raising awareness, competence, and responsibility for applying this policy and the requirements of the Integrated Management System.
By adopting modern management principles, the management guarantees the provision of all necessary conditions and resources for strict adherence to the requirements of the Integrated Management System.
