  2. Explicit written consent - the individual provides explicit written consent for the processing of personal data, as well as for the purposes and duration of such processing - Art. 6, para. 1, letter "a" of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

  3. Contractual Basis - "Landmark Property Management" AD processes your personal data on a contractual basis to provide information and/or to fulfill its contractual obligations under agreements concluded with you for the provision of services - Art. 6, para. 1, letter (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;

  4. On the basis of Art. 6, para. 1, letter (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "Landmark Property Management" AD may process personal data if there is a legal (legitimate) interest, except when the interests of the individual to whom the data relate prevail. This is the case when data about your IP address is collected when visiting our website.

Storage Period of Your Personal Data

  1. Depending on the basis on which we process your personal data, the storage period of personal data varies.

  2. Your personal data is stored by us for a period of 5 years from the expiration of the contractual basis if we process personal data to fulfill contractual obligations to you. After the expiration of this period and if there is no legal basis for continuing the storage of your personal data, the information about you is destroyed.

  3. The administrator keeps personal data that needs to be kept under applicable law for the respective specified period, which may exceed the duration of your registration or the duration of the respective contract.

  4. The storage period in cases of processing personal data on the basis of explicitly given consent is until the withdrawal of your consent or after the achievement of the purposes for which your personal data were processed.

  5. The administrator will notify you in case the storage period of the data needs to be extended in order to fulfill the purposes, perform the contract, in view of the legitimate interests of "Landmark Property Management" AD, or otherwise.

Transfer of Your Personal Data for Processing

  • For the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

  • The Administrator does not erase data for which he/she has a legal obligation to store, including for protection against claims filed against him/her or to establish his/her rights.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request from the Administrator to restrict the processing of your data when:

  • You dispute the accuracy of your personal data for a period that allows the Administrator to verify the accuracy of the personal data;

  • Processing is unlawful, but you do not wish your personal data to be erased, only their use to be restricted;

  • The Administrator no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;

  • You have objected to processing pending verification whether the legitimate grounds of "Landmark Property Management" AD override your interests.

Right to data portability

  • You can withdraw the data stored and processed about you in connection with the use of services from "Landmark Property Management" AD at any time, directly through your profile or by email request.

  • You can request from "Landmark Property Management" AD to directly transfer your personal data to the administrator specified by you, where technically feasible.

Consequences of refusal to provide personal data

In order to provide products and services on our behalf, as well as to enter into contractual relationships, we collect and process your personal data. We process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations.

In the event of refusal to voluntarily provide the requested personal data by you, "Landmark Property Management" AD will not be able to provide its products and services or conclude a contract/continue to perform an already concluded contract.
