Krivina industrial zone is located between two of Bulgaria’s international highways – E79 and E80 (5 km off of each) to the east of Sofia, in the Krivina village. The zone is just a couple of hundred meters off one of the capital’s main transport routes – the Sofia Ring road.

The area offers available and ready-to-construct land.

The project was developed to cater for the needs of light industry or logistics businesses, providing ready-to-build plots, easy to be customised to the clients' needs.

Basic infrastructure is already in place: electricity, road, lightning, water, sewage, etc.
