The Iztok Tower building is situated near the center of Sofia on plot of 1 520 sq. meters. Iztok Tower is designed with unique and impressive architecture, comprising nine levels above ground and two underground levels, with a total built-up area of 9 400 sq. meters.


Under our management, a long term tenancy agreement was signed with VM Ware - a global leader in cloud infrastructure, business mobility and virtualization software.


Iztok Tower was successfully sold to the strategic investor "Bernard Investments", France. The building was fully developed and managed by Landmark till 2016
