Landmark's Role
Landmark Property Management (LPM) was instrumental in the development and early management of Bulgaria Mall. LPM managed the project from its inception, overseeing the property, project, and facility management segments. They were the nominated Facility Management company until the end of 2013. In January 2014, all personnel were transferred to another company but retained their roles within the project. LPM has continued to provide management consultancy services since then, ensuring the mall maintains its high standards and excellent customer experience.
