Retail Park Plovdiv is strategically located on one of the city’s main thoroughfares, connecting the southern districts with the city center and the northern river areas. In close proximity to the property are several residential neighborhoods, with Trakia being the largest in Plovdiv.
The retail park features two main buildings: a HomeMax store on one side and a multi-let building with 10 separate retail units, including a café and restaurant, on the other side of the parking area.
Landmark spearheaded the project from inception to completion, delivering a fully operational retail park. Following the successful consultation on the sale transaction, Landmark was appointed as the management company for the property, overseeing technical maintenance, building system operations, tenant relations, and company administration.
